Do you ship only in the US? What about local pick-up?

I ship to the US, Canada and several European countries. For shipping and handling in the US there is a flat rate of $10.  Local pick-up is available and it is free. Customers are concerned about privacy. How do you handle and secure personal information?

What about refunds? Is there a policy regarding exchanges or credits?

Refunds or exchanges of any purchase within 14-30 days of receipt only, provided that items are in original condition. No cash refunds.
