Do you ship only in the US? What about local pick-up?I ship to the US, Canada and several European countries. For shipping and handling in the US there is a flat rate of $10. What about refunds? Is there a policy regarding exchanges or credits?Refunds or exchanges of any purchase within 14-30 days of receipt only, provided that items are in original condition.
