| My favorite picks this past year were
the rough black tourmaline nuggets, also fashioned in a disk form paired
with amazonite. Another find were the fabulous oversized rutilated quartz
briolettes with the fine facetting as well as citrine and amethyst drops cut with the same precision.
You can see them in several of my earring designs when viewing the collection slide show. The inspiration here was abundance and luscious fruits and florals!
Still waiting patiently for my inspiration are the delicate tiny
diamonds I found and the incredible emerald beads with a color
that just shouts spring!
I also can't ignore the many strands of pearls languishing on my work table wondering if they will also be transformed sometime during these winter months! Looks like I will be busy! ciao, Barbara
